Editing & Saving Content
To edit content whether pages or posts, navigate the relevant option on the left hand side menu. Click on either the name of the page/post or the ‘Edit’ link that appears.
The editor is set up in the following format:
From here you have a variety of editing options.
Edit content – This will open up an editing window.
Change column configuration – This will open up another window that allows you to edit the number of columns.
Delete – This will delete the corresponding section, row or module.
Duplicate / clone – This will duplicate the content directly below, with same content and settings.
Once in the editing window, scroll down and edit your content. Ensure the ‘visual’ tab is selected otherwise you will be editing in ‘code/html’ view.
Once you have finished editing your content, click ‘Save & Exit’. This will save the changes made in the window.
To commit and save all changes to page you then need to navigate to the ‘Publish’ module and click on ‘Update’. Your changes are now saved.
Back on the page/post lists you will notice next to ‘Edit’ there is a ‘Quick Edit’ option. Clicking this will allow you to make quick changes to some of the settings without needing to enter the full page/post. Once changes are made click ‘Update’.
